stayed here, just for one night, and I have to admit didn't spend much time in the hotel - checked in at around 5.00pm, left straight away to go for dinner/theatre and got back around 11.00pm - to check out the next morning at around 10.00am!! Bit hectic
however, the whole process, checking in, checking out etc. was very streamlined and quick. staff were ultra-polite and helpful.
spent an hour in the bar after our return - drinks weren't cheap, but then neither is any other hotel in London I guess !
booked the hotel on-line via http://www.localnightsout.com - using the link through to laterooms.
got an upgrade to a business class room which was very nice, not enormous, but pretty good - bed was even comfortable and not rock-hard as I find most hotel beds to be.
facilities in the room were good - nice coffee maker rather than just plastic tubes of instant too!
only downside of the room was that the soundproofing didn't appear to be too good, and in the morning you could hear every bit of movement in the corridor, all other room doors closing etc.
paid £140 for the room - which for a Radisson SAS hotel - especially in London is pretty fair I suppose!! scary to say that £140 is fair isn't it?!
overall, recommended
